Knodd ("we," "us," or "our") is based in India. We build automation connecting systems to Voice Agents, CRMs, Multi-Agent swarms, and our proprietary accounting software, CognoV.

• No Data Collection Beyond Call Logs: We do not collect any information other than logs of calls, used exclusively to ensure users are not spamming or abusing telecommunications networks.
• Separate Databases: We build separate databases for different users. Your client data is strictly limited to you and processed on your servers only.
• Closed Data: All your business and client data is completely closed to your environment.
• No Data Selling or Training: We never sell user data or train AI models on your workspace content.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only call logs (phone numbers, timestamps, and call duration records) for the sole purpose of verifying legitimate usage and monitoring to prevent spamming.

We do not collect or store any other personal, tracking, or telemetry data.

3. Separate Databases & Server Processing

Knodd provisions separate databases for different users. Your client records, CRM data, and CognoV accounting entries are processed strictly on your dedicated server instances. All data remains closed and isolated exclusively to you.

4. How Call Logs Are Used

Call logs are used strictly for security monitoring, telecommunication compliance, and verifying that Voice Agents are not being misused for unsolicited bulk calling or spamming.
